Ingredients:
2 cups of Spring mix salad
10 asparagus stalks cut into thirds, use the floret portion for the salad
¼ cup of garbanzo beans
¼ cup of edamame
¼ cup of giant butter beans
2 tablespoons of red and yellow bell peppers cut thin
2 tbsp of Croumbles (Garlic or Lemon Herb)
Directions:
Gather and cut items above, toss together, add dressing and top with Croumbles.
Ingredients:
½ chicken breast, cooked shredded or cubed
1 hard boiled egg sliced into wedges
½ an avocado cubed into ½ inch cubes
5-10 cherry tomatoes quartered
2 cups of chopped iceberg lettuce
Choice of salad dressing to taste
2 tbsp of Croumbles (Garlic or Lemon Herb)
Directions:
Gather and cut items above, toss together, add dressing and top with Croumbles.
Ingredients:
2 cups of fresh baby spinach
3 medium size ripe strawberries
5 – 7 blackberries
2 tbsp of Croumbles (Lemon Herb)
Directions:
Slice strawberries thin lengthwise
Slice blackberries in half lengthwise.
Add spinach to plate/bowl and sprinkle over top the cut fruit and top with Croumbles.
